The Park Board is making a $600,000 improvement to soccer fields at Parade, in the form of
astroturf.  This is part of MPRB's 2005 Capital Improvement Program and is intended to allow for
intense soccer programming at Parade.  As discussion continues about DLS, soccer facilities, etc I
just wanted to be sure folks are aware of this.
