> 	The Minneapolis DFL Party will hold a fundraiser for Peggy Flanagan and Lydia Lee, its endorsed candidates for the Minneapolis Public Schools Board of Education, on Thursday the 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at my home, 1777 Dupont Avenue South, Minneapolis. The money raised will help fund the DFL Sample Ballot for the primary election -- as you may know, there are 16 candidates for three open seats on the school board, so getting the word out about Peggy and Lydia before the primary is essential.

> 	This event is a fundraiser, but everyone who is supporting Peggy and Lydia is welcome, whether or not you make a contribution. Please keep in mind that each contribution to the Minneapolis DFL Party is eligible for reimbursement under the Political Contribution Refund program, up to $50 per individual or $100 per couple per year. (A contribution directly to Peggy's or Lydia's campaign is not eligible.) We will have receipts and reimbursement forms available at the event.

> 	We are planning on serving light hors d'oeuvres, munchies, and beverages, and are looking for volunteers who can bring something. If you can help out by bringing a dish or some drinks, please let me know.
